Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Maintenance leadership(Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred)

Maintenance Planning & Execution
* Develop and implement maintenance planning & scheduling systems (daily, weekly, shutdown planning).
* Ensure effective execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance (BM), CBM strategies.
