Oversee the Managing Agent (MA) on all M&E operational and maintenance matters.
Review and monitor the MA’s engineering performance, preventive maintenance programmes, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
Ensure timely rectification of engineering issues, operational reliability, and adherence to asset management standards.
Provide technical guidance and challenge recommendations where necessary to protect the asset interests for the development.
Tenants’ Fit out
Oversee and manage all tenancy fit‑out, reinstatement, and renovation works including the M&E perspective to ensure compliance with building guidelines, technical requirements, and statutory regulations.
