Position Overview
Lead EcoVadis' regional expansion efforts as the Senior Manager of Network Growth for the Americas. Drive new logo acquisition and manage a dynamic sales team across North America and Latin America.
This position focuses on growing the EcoVadis subscriber base by overseeing daily operations, leading a team of 12 Account Executives and pushing a high-velocity SMB sales approach. You will report directly to the VP of Service Engagement, ensuring alignment with broader company goals while fostering a culture of innovation through AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations to meet subscription revenue targets
• Lead development of regional growth strategies for AMS
• Drive coaching and development for the sales team
• Represent EcoVadis at regional events and with partners
