• Lead the development of a global benefits delivery model that balances enterprise standards with local requirements
• Oversee benefits due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions and minimize talent risk
• Manage relationships with global brokers and third-party administrators either directly or through team-members, providing guidance and expectations
