The Role

As the Senior Manager of People and Culture, you are a senior leadership team member responsible for advancing the co-op's strategic vision by nurturing an engaged, inclusive, and safe work community. You will lead the People & Culture team to deliver full-cycle HR services, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent while maintaining a positive people-first culture that aligns with co-operative. This is an on-site/in-person role.
