Get to Know the Team This role is part of the Office of Organisational Capabilities (OCO) team that supports Grab’s Chief Organisational Capabilities Officer.
The OCO team collaborates with and supports two main teams, with this role primarily focused on the former:
- People Team, comprising our Corporate Real Estate and Security Team (CREST), Grabber Technology Services (GTS) and People Operations (Pops). This allows the OCO team to work at the intersection of all three domains that an employee (our Grabbers) experience and therefore influence their performance - physical, digital and people
