Job Description

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) regulates financial services in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and supervises firms authorized to provide financial services.

The Senior Manager will be a member of the Policy team and assist the Director in identifying and implementing policy initiatives that support the growth and development of the financial services sector and the wider commercial framework in ADGM. Areas of focus include Asset Management, New Age Finance (Fintech, HealthTech, Crypto, Cyber Tech), Traditional Finance (Private Banking & Wealth Management, M&A, Treasury) and Functional Clusters (Restructuring, Dispute Resolution).

This role requires identifying new policy initiatives for effective regulation, maintaining existing policies in the FSRA Rulebooks, collaborating with the Legal team and operational units, and monitoring regulatory frameworks from local and federal authorities such as CBUAE, SCA, MOF, as well...
