What the is opportunity?

RBC Insurance’s Data Management Office (IDMO) team is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager to elevate our Privacy and Regulatory risk and governance programs. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance RBC Insurance’s privacy and operational risk resilience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance compliance with business objectives and to integrate best practices and guidelines into an effective privacy risk management framework. 

As a leader in privacy governance you will drive strategic privacy initiatives, embed robust governance processes, and oversee compliance with Privacy Control Management Framework. You will act as a subject matter expert on privacy risk, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in privacy risk management
