**Role Overview**

Sodexo has an opening for a **Senior Manager, Process Innovation & Optimization** to join our team. The successful candidate will execute and support Sodexo’s master data transformation—with primary focus on the ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation program.

This position ensures day‑to‑day execution of master data processes, alignment of MDM requirements across workstreams, and readiness of master data for deployment. Coordinates cross‑functional activities, and ensures that master data dependencies, quality, and governance are consistently addressed throughout the ERP program and broader transformation initiatives.
