Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Block Work, Plastering, Screed, Tile Fixing, Painting, false ceiling, Epoxy, Marble fixing, EIFS, RCC, Concrete, Steel Sub-Contractors, Facade installation, Subcontractor and other finishing packages.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard qualified subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Conduct market intelligence studies and maintain updated vendor databases.
• Develop procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
• Achieve annual procurement savings targets through strategic negotiations.
• Monitor commodity price trends and recommend procurement strategies to mitigate cost escalations.
• Coordinate with Planning, QS, Engineering, Construction and Commercial teams for procurement requirements.
