Description

The Senior Manager, Product Management, reporting to the Director, Product Management is responsible for all Product Management and Product Development initiatives for a portfolio of Products and Services.

The Senior Manager, Product Management will oversee and lead: the implementation of new products and service augmentations, measurement of product performance, pricing exercises and decisions, customer service improvements, the stimulation of marketing promotions and campaigns (in conjunction with Marketing Communications teams) and provide channel support.

Working closely with the Integrated Marketing and Enterprise sales teams, the Senior Manager will monitor product performance and implement changes that drive tangible revenue and customer results and meet product objectives.
