Lead and drive the Division's Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) strategy, governance and Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) across highway maintenance operations.
Champion a strong safety culture by implementing Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS), Visible Felt Leadership (VFL), safety campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams and contractors.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, concession requirements, client specifications and corporate governance while providing strategic QHSE guidance to business operations.
Lead QHSE audits, inspections and compliance reviews, ensuring effective implementation and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions across all operational sites.
