**Job Overview:**

Provide coverage and advocacy of regulatory matters at the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), ERCOT, and other relevant regulatory agencies in support of NRG’s wholesale and retail businesses in Texas. Develop and implement regulatory policy as part of an integrated team of regulatory affairs and governmental affairs professionals. The candidate must have knowledge of the electric power industry in Texas with emphasis on the ERCOT competitive wholesale and retail markets.
