Pay Range

The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 to 120,000.

What you’ll be doing in this role

Lead the Product Safety & Toxicology function, providing scientific and regulatory oversight to ensure the safety and compliance of DECIEM's global product portfolio

Partner with Applied Research, Brand, Claims, and Regulatory teams to guide innovative products—from concept through registration and commercialization

Drive the safety strategy for emerging categories, including OTC products, natural health products, supplements, and cosmetics, with a focus on supporting future business growth
