SnrMgr(Research) will be working with tertiary institutions and research institutions, to conduct applied research in relevant areas, particularly in Human Factors Engineering (HFE).
He/she will use the research findings to develop design parameters for new platforms and upgrade existing platforms.
Conduct research on relevant areas, particularly in Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Cognitive Task Analysis
Derive live-virtual training mix for platform training
Requirements
Singapore Citizen
At least five years of relevant experience in Human Factor Engineering/STEM and related fields
Bachelor’s degree in HumanFactor Engineering/STEM related studies
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Excellent staff writing abilities
Strong English language proficiency
Past experiences in collaborating with industry partners for research and testing...
