Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal positioning of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework within CRES
• Monitor functional performance against risk appetite
• Oversee and facilitate the design of processes and procedures needed to implement the ERMF in CRES
• Develop, draft, and communicate guidance documents to ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Assess compliance and risk in CRES and report to senior management
• Monitor overdue Internal Audit findings that pertain to CRES
• Design and implement regular risk reporting processes to CRES management
• Provide strong leadership and direction
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
