Plan, budget and harmonize global security system within the Group to ensure security systems are updated and relevant to the Group's current and future requirements
Lead the global security control and regulatory processes to ensure a robust reporting and regulated structure
Work within the BCM secretariat to select, plan and conduct exercises based on operational risk impact
Provide operational leadership to the BCM secretariat to support ERT and CMT during emergencies and crisis
Provide second line oversight to BCPs to counter major disruption and ensure their relevance
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by GM Security
Requirements
Education: Degree in any field, professional certificate in Security such as CPP (ASIS) or professional certificate in Business Continuity Management such as BCCE
