Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Site Testing & Optimization to own our web experimentation program and elevate the prospective member journey on This is a hands-on role for someone who is a self-starter, has a customer-first mindset, and lives and breathes experimentation. You notice what's broken or underperforming before anyone tells you, you have a point of view on what moves users and why, and you don't wait to be told what to test next.

You will focus on improving lead and new membership sales conversion by analyzing user behavior, reducing barriers, running A/B and multivariate tests, and optimizing key actions. You understand how prospective members discover, evaluate, and commit, and you use experimentation to streamline their path to joining.
