Position Overview We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering, to lead our Platform and Data Engineering organization. This team is responsible for building and scaling mission-critical platforms that are foundational to Autodesk’s success, including:

Content Platforms

Unified Search Platform

Metrics-Driven Experimentation Platform

Marketing Analytics and Data Engineering Platform

As a strategic engineering leader, you will oversee one or more of these domains, driving technical innovation, mentoring high-performing teams, and shaping Autodesk’s platform strategy. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and business leaders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor multiple Agile Scrum teams composed of full-stack engineers and data engineers
