The Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & Special Projects is a dedicated individual contributor role within the Finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The role provides rigorous financial analysis and business case support across a portfolio of high-priority strategic initiatives — including M&A evaluation, store network analysis, and growth strategy — enabling the CFO and senior leadership to make well‑informed, timely decisions.
This net‑new role is well‑suited to someone analytically sharp and self‑directed, with a track record in corporate development, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting. The successful candidate will have meaningful exposure to the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders across the business, and will work across functions to gather inputs, pressure‑test assumptions, and deliver clear, credible analysis.
