Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Reporting is responsible for driving Sarawak Energy’s government relations strategy through structured analysis, policy intelligence, and reporting mechanisms. This role integrates Federal, State, and Corporate perspectives into a cohesive engagement strategy, ensuring the company’s priorities are reflected in policy forums and senior management decisions.

The position leads intelligence gathering on political, policy, and regulatory developments, translating raw data into forward‑looking insights and scenarios for Senior Management and the Board. It provides leadership in stakeholder mapping, strategic assessments, reporting dashboards, and high‑level intelligence outputs that directly inform decision‑making, advocacy priorities, and corporate positioning.
