Senior Manager Supply Chain APAC – The Hershey Company, Singapore

Overview

This full‑time, on‑site position offers hybrid work (three days a week in the office) and is located in Singapore. The Senior Manager will lead demand planning, distributor management, and supply delivery across internal manufacturing facilities and external supply sources for the APAC region, which currently includes South East Asia, North Asia, ANZ, China, Hong Kong & Taiwan. The region’s topline exceeds $150M and covers around 400 SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the corporate demand planning process, including the IBM process in APAC, forecasting in Kinaxis, and performance metrics such as Case Fill Rate, WMAPE, and DDD reduction.
