Senior Manager, Brazil Tax

The Coca-Cola Company and its affiliates do business in over 200 countries and Brazil is an important market for the Company. The Senior Manager, Brazil Tax role is responsible for activities that optimize the company’s tax profile in Brazil (corporate income tax, indirect tax, controversy); primary responsibility for performing tax research and analysis for compliance, strategic tax planning; work closely with Corporate Tax colleagues in Brazil, across LATAM and in Atlanta on structuring and tax compliance related matters; ensure Free Trade Zone requirements are met; preparing documentation of tax technical positions taken by the Company and the outcome of those positions, as well as drafting responses to local tax authority audit inquiries and administrative / judicial appeals.
