Title:
Senior Manager - Travel Operations
Summary:
As the Senior Manager you will also be responsible for the smooth operations of the day-to-day tasks on all files in the company. You will oversee the team’s daily activities to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently while also handling your own files for HNI and complicated trips.
Key Responsibilities:
Itinerary design & product development
Travel package making & reviewing team's work
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and requirements
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the travel industry, including trends, competitors, and new developments.
Team manager - Overseeing operations & cashflow with accounts team
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in the FIT travel luxury & leisure travel in operations
