Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse, shipping, logistics, import/export and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, inventory integrity, regulatory compliance and on‑time delivery while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

Operational Leadership

• Lead end-to-end warehouse, inbound, outbound, shipping and logistics operations to ensure service, quality and cost objectives are achieved.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment and distribution activities.
• Drive warehouse productivity, space optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure smooth coordination across Production, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service and Finance.
