What the role is We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager/Manager to join the Planning, Strategy and Data Team.
What you will be working on - Contribute to the formulation and review of manpower policies to keep pace with tech and media developments.
- Lead research, sense‑making and forecasting of tech and media trends, and identify new jobs and skills in demand to inform manpower policy recommendations
- Develop strategic data insights to support evidence‑based policymaking.
- Prepare papers and presentations to communicate IMDA’s position on tech manpower policy matters to senior management, senior government officials, and Public Office Holders.
- Implement manpower policies and operations in an effective and timely manner
- Collaborate within and across government agencies to ensure alignment towards national interests.
