The candidate will be responsible for the planning, curriculum design, development, implementation, and oversight of business and technical competency training programmes within HTX, as part of the Tech Competency and Course Management (TCCM) team within the Human Resource Division. They will develop case studies and integrate systems engineering and project management practices into the training, ensuring curriculum relevance and effective presentation of lessons learned. The role includes supporting the implementation of the Competency Management System (CMS), tracking technical competency data, creating data visualizations for decision‑making, and serving as system administrator for CMS. Additionally, the candidate will manage administrative tasks for Expert Panel sessions and respond to technical competency application queries.
