Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

7–10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (aerospace or related industry preferred)

Strong experience supporting final assembly line operations

Hands-on experience with riveting and complex aircraft assembly processes

CAD proficiency (Siemens NX preferred)

Experience with PLM (TeamCenter) and ERP systems (Epicor E10 or SAP)

Proven root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience
