Role Purpose

As a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Corning's Reynosa plant, you will be a key technical and project leader responsible for developing, improving, and standardizing manufacturing processes that deliver measurable gains in quality, cost, and capability. You will partner with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, development, and equipment suppliers to implement step‑change technologies and drive continuous improvement from concept through full production. This is a highly visible role with both individual contributor and project leadership responsibilities, requiring a confident engineer who can work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results.
