Caliber8 Recruitment is seeking a Master Mariner with at least 1 year of shore-based experience to join our client as Marine Superintendent. Based in Gurugram or Singapore, you will oversee a mixed fleet and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will lead end-to-end marine operations, coordinate HSEQ matters, and work closely with onshore and vessel teams to maintain high safety standards and efficient performance.
