Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Market Risk Specialist** for the **Data Management & Maintenance (DMM)** – **Data Sourcing** team within Market & Counterparty Risk Management (MCRM). DMM is responsible for sourcing and integrating the data used across MCRM for risk management, regulatory reporting, capital processes, and stress testing. The team also partners with business lines and technology groups to strengthen the firm’s strategic data foundation.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working across cross‑functional teams.
