The Senior Marketing Executive (Content Development & Event Coordination) is responsible for executing performance-driven marketing content and coordinating physical, virtual, and hybrid events to support lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Mindful Solutions’ multi‑brand ecosystem (eLearningMinds, Asia Learn Hub, UpSkillingMinds).

This role combines hands‑on content production (digital creatives, landing page assets, basic UI/UX optimisation) with end‑to‑end event planning, promotion, and lead management. The position is accountable for delivering measurable outcomes such as registrations, attendance, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and conversion performance, and ensures accurate lead capture and timely handover to Sales.

The role reports to the Marketing Team Lead and collaborates closely with Sales, Design, and Operations to deliver campaigns and events aligned with marketing and revenue objectives.
