Conduct in-depth customer data analysis to identify upselling and cancellation patterns, as well as customer usage behaviors based on segments.Identify customer segments with high potential for upselling and cancellation to support targeted marketing campaigns.Develop and present intuitive data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to teams.Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs related to customer lifecycle and campaign performance.Collaborate with Business and Data Teams (DA, DS, DE) to enhance data infrastructure for advanced analytics.Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business decision-making.Recruiter
