We are seeking a seasoned Senior Maximo Business Analyst / Data Analysis Lead to drive a critical multi-year asset management transformation within a rail and transit environment. This is not a generic BA role; it requires deep, hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo and the ability to translate complex rail maintenance operations into system-ready configurations.

You will operate as a dual-threat lead: facilitating high-level requirement workshops with maintenance SMEs to define the how of the system, while simultaneously leading the data strategy to ensure the what (asset data, PMs, job plans) is cleansed, mapped, and migrated accurately. The ideal candidate is a Maximo expert who can command a room of frontline unionized workers and present strategic risk assessments to executive leadership.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite)
Contract Duration: 24-month contract
