Role Function Responsible for leading the M&E team to deliver a high level of Property Management services for a mixed development.
Key Responsibilities - Overall day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of M&E systems including electrical installation, ACMV system, lighting, generator sets, AV system, fire protection system, elevators & escalators, telecommunication, kitchen exhaust system, grease interceptor system, Wi‑fi system, etc.
- Monitor and maintain the efficient and safe operation of all M&E & related systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all systems operate in accordance with the system design and operation intent.
- Develop and monitor a preventive and comprehensive maintenance plan for the systems.
