Solution Search are currently assisting a Tier 1 M&E contractor based in central London.

They are in search of an MEP Senior Contracts Manager/Contracts Manager/Project Director to deliver high value FIT OUT projects.

You will lead the overall operational delivery of a major/strategic ME&P project, up to the total value of £100+

million. Ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction are delivered through effective leadership, high performing

teams and exceptional internal and external stakeholder management.

Experience managing large projects and teams from pre construction through to PC is non negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
• Deliver project within budget and on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.
