Job Description:
Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion
Design and oversee HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems
Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
Conduct site inspections, attend project meetings, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices
Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 8 years' experience in mechanical building services consulting
Strong design experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
