Les Mills in Wellington, Hutt City, is seeking a Senior Member Services Consultant to join our Member Services team at our Hutt City office. You will deliver outstanding service to our 50,000 members across 12 clubs nationwide, handling inquiries by phone and email.

Reporting to the National Member Services Manager, you will guide and support other consultants, resolve member issues, and maintain accuracy using our in-house CRM along with Excel and Word.
