Create, review and execute a Purchasing Plan that allows for the delivery of the budget sales, incorporating units and ASP by each market, price point, brand and channel.
Own updates to the plan at relevant milestones (budget and LE cycles) as required.
Take feedback from the Commercial Performance function on how actual purchasing performance impacts sales and re-phase as necessary.
Identify and set stock assortments by market based on internal and external data insight where available.
Participate in defining a relevant set of stock KPIs to monitor gaps versus objectives.
Monitor in real time the execution of the purchasing plan and liaise with UK and International Purchasing Managers to ensure the plan is delivered as intended, including re-forecasting when necessary.
