Based in Vicuña's Vancouver office, reporting to the Manager, Metallurgy and as part of the Owner’s technical team, the incumbent provides hands‑on metallurgical support across the Vicuña project, comprising the Josemaria copper‑gold sulphide concentrator (Stage 1, 175 ktpd), the Filo del Sol oxide heap leach (Stage 2, up to 90 ktpd) and the Filo sulphide expansion (Stage 3, 293 ktpd combined throughput). The role spans testwork interpretation, FEED design review, vendor engagement, and operational readiness work in the lead‑up to FID in September 2026 and through into execution.

This position works under the direction of the Manager, Metallurgy on day‑to‑day technical workstreams across flotation, comminution, regrind, heap leach, SX/EW, and Merrill Crowe.
