The business is going through a wider shift in how it delivers data to its internal teams, moving away from legacy waterfall‑style reporting to a more agile, product‑led model. With growing volumes of customer, market and operational data, they’re investing in both people and modern tooling (Power BI, modern DWH structures) to support smarter reporting and future self‑serve capability.

As a senior, you’ll be responsible for mentoring MI Analysts, improving how operational reporting is delivered, and playing a key role in translating existing SQL‑based reports into modern star‑schema structures. You'll work across retail operations, smart metering, customer support, and market interaction, delivering insights that directly impact B2B customer performance and experience.
