Supporting external clients, handling escalated tickets as a Level 2 or Level 3, M365 engineer
Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft and IT infrastructure technologies, from on-premise, to hybrid, and cloud infrastructure
Skills and experience required
At least 5 years hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining on-premise, hybrid, physical and virtual servers
Good understanding of ITIL infrastructure
Good understanding in Microsoft Azure would be an advantage
Strong proficiency in English is a must
