Essential Job Functions:
Develop, lead, implement, and track programs/systems/processes/capital projects and equipment upgrade that improve equipment reliability/OEE (e.g., preventive, and predictive maintenance systems, precision maintenance techniques, detailed work plans and schedules, material recommendations, troubleshooting guides, repair plans, tracking spare parts, RCA etc.)
Continuously review and improve preventive maintenance task lists and processes.
Perform failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) or similar failure mode analysis to develop appropriate equipment maintenance plans/strategies that include equipment checks, and preventive & predictive Maintenance
Study breakdowns and failures.
