Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits



Seeking an expert Multi-Axis & Mill-Turn Numerical Control (NC) Programmer to join a premier manufacturing team in Canton, Ohio. Focusing on the production of precision rolls for rolling mills and advanced industrial products. We are looking for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between complex engineering and shop-floor execution. You will not only program multi-axis machines but also play a vital role in training and mentoring Union operators.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-axis machine programs for complex industrial rolls.


• Act as a technical mentor for Union machine operators.


• Partner with a team of programmers to improve quality, performance, and automation methods.
