Collaborate with 2 full-time onshore developers and 7–8 offshore developers Work closely with BAs to gather and implement business requirements Develop and maintain a containerized .NET application Build new features and automate workflows to improve turnaround time Integrate AI components to assist frontline bankers in borrower rating Communicate effectively with data teams and contribute to model development Required Skills & Experience
