The role ensures stable connectivity, optimal system performance, and provides expert-level support for complex technical issues.

Matric
A+ and N+ Certification
Microsoft Certification / Engineer
MCITP
Network Security+
Diploma in IT Systems Administration (NQF Level 4/5 advantageous)
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in IT administration and networking
Hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols
