Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of active network equipment at the customer’s premises
• Rollouts of peripheral sites
• On‑site technical support for customers
• Troubleshooting
• Communication with the back office and updates regarding the progress of tasks
• Communication with the customer and updates on the progress of work
• Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts at the customer’s NOC

Required Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Information Technology
