Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain enterprise MPLS and Enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, switching and Firewall).
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Implement network changes, upgrades, and optimizations in line with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and business requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with network security policies and standards.
  • Manage servers supporting network devices and ensure they are patched to the latest version (Windows).
  • Provide technical consultancy for system onboarding to MPLS network infra.
