Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Technologist/Radiographer to join our team. The Nuclear Medicine Department provides a diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine service at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital. The department consists of three gamma cameras across two sites, SPECT/CT facilities including a GE Starguide SPECT/CT scanner installed Dec‑2023, a PET/CT scanner at the CHH site, and a new build Molecular Imaging Research Centre with cyclotron and radiopharmacy facilities will support the Department.

Main Duties

• Provide technologist duties in the Nuclear Medicine Departments, including imaging, i.v. and intra‑dermal administration of radiopharmaceuticals and in‑vitro techniques on an ad hoc basis.
