Requirements

• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing recognised by the government from any local institution of higher learning or equivalent institutions.
• Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
• Possess active Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

Additional Requirements

• At least 10-15 years of leadership experience in clinical/hospital settings (Ministry of Health, public universities, teaching hospitals, government agencies).
• Experience in MSQH Accreditation is an added advantage.
• Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Mature, proactive and dynamic individual with ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
• Creative, versatile, meticulous and have an eye for details.
